When a company reaches a stage of development where it has to undertake larger volumes of work, hire a larger number of employees, and make investments, it must develop and implement a written organisation system. This will allow the company to ensure the sustained quality of its work, product, and service, and in the European market conditions, not to be pushed into the background by the competition, which in the face of the European companies obligatorily do have such an organisation, and in the face of the Bulgarian companies, are actively working for its development.

The development and implementation of an integrated organisation system that we have called Integrated Company Management System (ICMS), is a complex and long process and it changes the manner in which a company is managed and its work. This also requires considerable investment including both human and financial resources. Since this is about money and interference with the operations of the company, it is vital to define in advance the strategy and the right type and volume of the system according to the needs of the client, as well as to plan carefully its development and implementation.

ICMS is based on the process approach and represents a system of written rules and procedures that has to be observed by all the employees of the company. It has the strength of a directive issued by the management.

Making organisational consulting, we develop and implement an ICMS organisation system in the client’s company and provide support and continuous improvement over time. Depending on the specific requirements, we have the possibility to develop and integrate into ICMS sub-systems such as a quality management system under ISO 9001:2000, an environment management system under ISO 14001, occupational health and safety management systems under OHSAS 18001, as well as ERP software.
