Our team

The team of SKIPPER Consulting consists of professionals in the field of company management and organisation, finance, marketing and project management.

The key part of the team has already accumulated practical experience as executives (executive director and line managers) of a company, which within a period of seven years, grew from a small commercial company with only a few employees into a commercial engineering company employing more than 100 employees. During that period, as a result of business process measurement, analysis and planning, as well as strategy definition and implementation, the company successfully increased its market share more than five times, mastered complex design and manufacture of specialized vehicles and developed and implemented in practice an organisation and management system according to European standards.

Eng. Milen Mashkin

Previous experience as Executive Director of the above mentioned commercial engineering company (BULFIRE Ltd.), responsible for overall operating and organisational management. Before that he graduated in Germany and worked in an Austrian commercial company and a German consultancy company for development and implementation of quality management systems under ISO 9001 (TÜV Rheinland)
